How to preserve your art

Whether you are a collector or buying fine art for the first time, here are a few suggestions that will help to extend the life of a signed limited edition giclee print.

1. Do not hang your giclee print in front of, or directly next to heating or air conditioning vents. Changes in temperature between hot & cold, can cause damage to the image.

2. Direct sunlight & U.V rays can be harmful, which in turn can cause fading of the colours. Always make sure conservation glass ( some prevent up to 96% UV rays ) is used to protect your picture, should you wish to hang it in a bright room.

3. Do not hang your giclee in a bathroom where they maybe excessive moisture created by a shower. Moisture can cause the canvas to stretch over time & lead to damage.

Remember these simple rules & you will enjoy your art for years to come.
